Aetos Bianco Toscana
2020 IGT

A wine from organic, biodynamic cultivation, made from Greco grapes with a small addition of Chardonnay. Cultivated in our vineyards surrounding the small village of Vignoni Alto, in the Val d’Orcia region, the grapes are harvested by hand and whole-bunch soft pressed. Fermentation by indigenous yeasts is done in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The ageing process on fine lees, also in stainless steel vats, takes about five months. The 2020 vintage, with its mild spring, hot summer and good diurnal temperature variations, bestowed upon these grapes an outstanding aromatic complexity.
Aetos Bianco Toscana is the ideal accompaniment for a variety of fish dishes, white meats, and cheeses.
