Aetos Classic Method Extra Brut Biological

Sparkling wine from 100% certified-organic Sangiovese grapes with a small addition of Chardonnay. The selected grapes are entirely produced in our winery according to biological certification procedures and following the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The grapes are harvested early by hand in our best vineyards to preserve their optimal acidity and freshness. The winemaking process involves gentle whole-bunch pressing and alcoholic fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, followed by in-bottle refermentation with a minimum of 24 months on the lees.
High-quality Extra Brut sparkling wine with fine and persistent bead. Yellow gold and pearl pink colour. Intense to the nose, with floral aromas and notes of white pulp fruit and blackcurrant. The mouthfeel is clean, elegant and complex with a sapid and fresh finish.
