Aetos Sparkling Rosè Brut Biological Millesimato 2019

Made from 100 % of certificated biological Sangiovese grapes according to the principles of the biodynamic agriculture. Harvested early in the season and by hand. A white wine vinification process is used, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The sparkling wine fermentation process takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method, followed by ageing in an autoclave for around two months.
In 2019, climatic conditions were consistently fluctuating throughout Tuscany, with a cold, rainy spring followed by a hot, dry summer with above-average temperatures. The good weather conditions during the summer had a positive impact on quality, allowing for healthy grapes with a good technological maturity and a ripening phase appropriate for premium quality wines.

Rosé sparkling wine with a fine, persistent bead. Onion-skin pink of colour. Fine, elegant nose of white flowers and fresh white-pulp fruits. The attack in the mouth is lively and refreshing, while the finish is dry and full-flavoured.
