Breakfast is served at 8:00 am. Guests can order breakfast the evening before using a form available inside the loft. The staff at the estate will deliver breakfast the next morning at 8:30 am outside the apartment.


Upon arrival, guests will find complimentary bottles of water in the loft. It is micro-filtered water from an underground spring in Bagno Vignoni. If a free refill is needed, it can be requested from the estate team from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm - excluding Sundays.


During your stay, you have the opportunity to book a free visit to our cellar with a tasting of our labels while enjoying the panoramic view from the wonderful tasting room overlooking the Val d’Orcia. Visits are available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Room refreshment and change of bath towels and bed linens are done every three days. For different needs, please contact the staff. Daily, the estate staff will empty the trash bins and replenish wine and water for guests. Room refreshment will be done if the room is vacated no later than 10:30 am. Bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer.


Internet connection is available. Wi-Fi is free and available in all parts of the apartment.


The staff is not responsible for theft or loss of items left unattended inside the property.


Parking is private but not guarded: although there are no particular risks for your vehicles, we recommend, for greater safety, to lock the cars.


Small pets are always welcome in our loft, but they are not allowed to climb on sofas and beds! In any case, out of respect for hygienic-sanitary standards and for everyone's safety, access to public areas is not allowed, and near the loft, animals must be kept on a leash. All animal waste must be collected and disposed of in the organic waste.

It is forbidden to use extra heating devices, irons, and open flames in the rooms.


The system is regulated at an ideal temperature and in compliance with current regulations. The temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat. To avoid excessive consumption and for better functionality, please make sure that doors and windows remain closed while the system is in operation, especially in your absence.


Kindly report any accidental breakages that occur during your stay. Breakages will be charged at cost.


The timely reporting of faults or other inconveniences will be greatly appreciated and will help us improve our services.


We invite our guests to adopt a respectful behavior towards the peace and relaxation of other Tenuta Sanoner customers. Guests are required to respect the premises, equipment, and furnishings found in the loft. It is forbidden to introduce strangers to the agriturismo in rooms or common areas, except by agreement. We also ask to respect the environment, animals, and minimize waste. Some company areas are prohibited or closed, for everyone's safety, please respect the prohibition signs. Children within the estate must ALWAYS be accompanied by a
responsible adult; the Management declines all responsibility for accidents involving children left unattended. The Management reserves the right to request compensation for any damage to animals, plants, objects, furniture, and equipment.


Reception is open from Monday to Saturday continuously from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Upon arrival, each guest is kindly requested to go to the wine shop reception to provide a valid identification document and complete all administrative and bureaucratic formalities if not already done previously. In case of arrivals scheduled at different times from those indicated at the time of booking, please communicate it in advance by email. If our guests experience an unforeseen event or are unable to reach the property at the communicated time, they can perform a self-check-in; instructions will be provided at the time of booking.



Reservations can only be made via email. Once availability is confirmed, we will send you a reply email with the necessary information to confirm the reservation. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount at the time of booking; the balance of the remaining amount must be paid 10 days before arrival; in the case of last-minute bookings (within 9 nights before), payment for the entire stay will be


From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of arrivals at different times than indicated at the time of booking, please communicate it in advance. It is necessary to have a valid personal document. Delayed arrival does not entitle to any refund. After 24 hours of delay on the expected arrival, if no communication is received, the staff may decide freely to cancel the entire reservation.


By 10:00 am on the day of departure. If there is a need to stay longer, please request the possibility of a late check-out in advance to allow the smooth running of our activities. In case of extended stays and subject to availability, the supplement is €150 per stay after 10:00 am. After 6:00 pm, the amount of an overnight stay will be charged. Early departure does not entitle to any refund.


The stay must be paid before arrival. For any wine purchases at the estate, the accepted methods of payment are: credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express); Debit card. Any multiple or special invoices must be requested the day before departure.


Additional services used by guests must be paid directly at the estate's wine shop on the day of check-out. In case the check-out is on Sunday, the Tenuta team will inform the guest that they must settle the extras on Saturday. If this does not happen, we will be authorized to use the credit card used by the guest at the time of booking.


Cancellation of the reservation must be communicated exclusively by email; other methods are considered inadequate and therefore will not be accepted.

Cancellation penalties for canceled bookings will be as follows:

A) up to 30 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied;

B) from 29 days to 15 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 30% of the entire booked stay will be charged;

C) from 14 days to 8 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 50% of the entire booked stay will be charged; D) from 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card;

E) in case of "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.


The Municipality of San Quirico d'Orcia has established the tourist tax. The tax applies to overnight stays for non-residents of the Municipality of San Quirico d'Orcia for a maximum of consecutive nights. The amount of the tax for this accommodation facility is €1.00 per person per night.
