Aetos Cerrolungo Biodynamic Toscana IGT 2021

Organic and biodynamic wine, obtained from a blend of 50% Cabernet Franc, 45% Sangiovese, and 5% Merlot.
The grapes, grown in dedicated plots on our estate, are handpicked and spontaneously fermented thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks.
Subsequently, the wine is aged for about 18 months in small barrels and French oak tonneaux.
