Organic and biodynamic wine, obtained from 100% Greco grapes.
The grapes, grown in our land located close to the small village of Vignoni Alto in Val d'Orcia, are harvested by hand and softly pressed in whole bunches.
The fermentation, by indigenous yeasts, takes place partly in amphora and the rest in second passage French oak barriques.
The wine then is aged on the fine lees for approximately 10 months.

Aetos Greco is a fresh, complex wine with a strong personality. It has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose you can perceive nuances of geraniums, gardenias, linden and hawthorn with notes of white peach. The sip is full, vibrant, rich and slightly tannic, with a savory streak and a lively freshness. The finish is persistent, intense, of great oenological depth.
