2025 harvest: a vintage to remember

Weinlese 2025: Ein Jahrgang zum erinnern

With the last bunches of Sangiovese, our 2025 harvest comes to an end, with a total quantity of grapes harvested of around 700 quintals, destined for the creation of our 8 Aetos labels. Thanks to the passion and enthusiasm of our team of 15 people, we have been able to bring our wines to life, making this a particularly significant vintage for Tenuta Sanoner, not only for the excellence of the product, but also for the impact that recent agronomic innovations and climate change have had on cultivation practices.

The climatic conditions of this agricultural season have been favorable, with a spring characterized by adequate rainfall and mild temperatures, promoting uniform flowering of the vines. The summer, although hot, was followed by a mild September, which allowed the grapes to ripen slowly. This could translate into a higher quality final product, with aromatic and complex wines.

TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

Every year, we are seeing more and more consumers turning their attention to products that respect quality and sustainability.

From this point of view, we feel very optimistic and hopeful, as Tenuta Sanoner has been adopting increasingly cutting-edge and environmentally friendly agricultural practices since its inception, using organic and biodynamic farming techniques. These choices not only improve the quality of the wine, but also contribute to the protection of the land and the preservation of biodiversity.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, the 2025 harvest promises to be a meaningful vintage, where tradition and innovation intertwine to create extraordinary wines. This season will certainly be remembered not only for the quality of the wines, but also for the producers' commitment to a sustainable future
