Aetos Bianco Toscana is a wine made from Greco, Vermentino and Chardonnay grapes, carefully cultivated in our vineyards surrounding the picturesque village of Vignoni Alto. Each bunch is hand-harvested and gently whole-cluster pressed to preserve freshness and aromatic expression.
Fermentation, guided by natural yeasts, takes place in cement vats and stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then matures on fine lees, developing complexity, structure and smoothness.

2024 – a solid vintage, true to the character of the territory, with wines that fully express the terroir.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections reminiscent of the light and colors of Tuscany. On the nose, it opens with a bouquet of white flowers enriched by notes of white-fleshed fruit, apple and pear, enhancing its aromatic profile. On the palate, it reveals a refined and well-balanced character, telling in every sip the identity and style of Tenuta Sanoner. Its lightness and elegance make it extremely versatile at the table.
