Aetos Rosé is a fresh and vibrant wine, born from the care devoted to every bunch of Sangiovese grapes, hand-harvested early to preserve their natural vitality. A brief skin maceration enhances the delicacy and lightness of the fruit while maintaining its authentic freshness.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where temperature and oxygen are carefully controlled to highlight its aromatic nuances. The wine then ages for at least three months on fine lees, gaining body, depth, and a velvety complexity.

2024 – A solid vintage, consistent with the typicity of the territory, with wines that fully express their terroir.
In the glass, it shows a bright onion-skin pink hue that immediately catches the eye and invites the first sip. On the nose, elegant and immediate aromas of peach, apricot, and a subtle touch of citrus unfold in a harmonious bouquet that tells the story of the fruit’s vitality and the magic of our land.
On the palate, the wine envelops with freshness and minerality, supported by a pleasant acidity that makes it light, smooth, and harmonious. The tannins, barely hinted at, support the structure without weighing it down, delivering an elegant, balanced, and seductive sip.
