In the heart of Tuscany, where the land breathes history and light, Aetos Sangiovese is born.
Our grapes grow in harmony with nature and are harvested by hand, cluster after cluster. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in special French cement vats, in an authentic and unforced process that respects the rhythm of the wine and the land. After 12 months of aging in cement, stainless steel, and large oak casks, the wine gains character with patience and balance.

2020 – A vintage defined more by elegance than by power, focused on balance and expressive finesse.
In the glass, the wine shines with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, delicate aromas of cherry and small red berries emerge, with light spicy nuances reminiscent of black pepper. On the palate, it is fresh, enveloping, and harmonious: the tannins are moderately silky, the structure well-balanced, and the finish long and savory, capable of evoking the land from which it comes.
Aetos Sangiovese is not just a wine, but the sincere expression of our territory — a story that takes shape in every glass.
