Born from a passion for our land, our Aetos Riserva comes exclusively from hand-harvested grapes. Each cluster tells the rhythm of nature and the care of those who cultivate it.
Alcoholic fermentation, guided by the yeasts naturally present on the grape skins, takes place in natural cement vats, in full respect of the fruit’s authenticity. After racking, the wine begins a long journey of 24 months in oak barrels, where it develops depth and harmony, followed by at least 6 months in bottle until it reaches its fullest expression.

2021: a vintage of harmony and refinement that enhances the authenticity of the territory and the quality of the grapes.
In the glass, it shines with a brilliant ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, notes of blackberry and small red berries emerge, enriched by elegant spicy nuances and a delicate balsamic hint, recalling the wood that accompanied its aging. On the palate, it envelops withsoftness, supported by vibrant acidity and silky tannins that flow through a perfectly balanced body, leaving a very persistent and seductive finish.
This Sangiovese is not just a wine, but the voice of our land — a story that takes shape in every glass and invites sharing, sip after sip.
