Aetos Rosé Brut is born from the combination of freshness, fruit, and vibrancy typical of this Tuscan grape variety.
The grapes, harvested early by hand, are gently pressed to extract only the most delicate must, which then ferments in autoclave according to the Charmat method. This second fermentation gives the sparkling wine a fine and lively perlage without altering the natural expressiveness of the fruit.

The result is a young, light, and fragrant wine with a delicate pale pink color and an elegant, persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and apricot emerge, accompanied by a subtle hint of small red berries.
On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a persistent finish that preserves the vibrant character typical of Sangiovese and invites you to enjoy a second glass.
