The extra virgin olive oil of Tenuta Sanoner is gently cold extracted from selected olives from our organic and biodynamic cultivation. The varieties are typical of Tuscany and carry the flavor of the unique natural landscape. In addition, we produce bittersweet vinegar from the Sangiovese grape.
