The word Aetos means Eagle in ancient Greek. The majestic king of the skies – ADLER as we say in our homeland South Tyrol – has always been the symbol of our family enterprises.
Aetos is also the name for our wines: produced with commitment and passion, they represent the land, its soil and climate in the heart of Tuscany, following organic guidelines supported by biodynamic farming principles. To produce our wines, we use cutting-edge technology and centuries-old Tuscan experience.
